My Yoga classes are tailored for office workers. Is your work desk based? Do you spend the majority of the sitting, looking at a screen? Join me on Mondays on Zoom to improve your mental and physical health. My classes pay special attention to correcting posture and shoulder and back tightness/pain.

How does it work?
Yoga classes are every week, 7-8pm online, on Zoom. Classes can be booked below.

To ensure everyone has access to yoga, my classes are based on a tiered pricing system. I trust you to discern what you can pay based on your circumstances. Your donation is so appreciated and helps me run the classes and continue to teach.

Monday 20th May 2024: 7pm - 8pm

This Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is for those who want to build mental and physical health, and is particularly good for those who are seated for much of the week and experience tightness in their shoulders. Classes are optimised to link movement with the breath and flow in all its wondrous ways in order to switch on the parasympathetic nervous system and destress.

All levels, beginner to advanced.

To practice with me online please follow these simple steps.

You will need a yoga mat for these classes, and use of a block is also encouraged. In these classes there will be modifications for beginners or those with injuries to make it gentler and more accessible. There will be stronger variations of the postures for those who enjoy a challenge which I may or may not demonstrate. Please let me know of any injuries or conditions ahead of class so I can offer suitable alternatives during the session.
