What’s inside
Each card contains a unique mindfulness practice in one of four colour-coded categories; kindness, body, serenity and insight. I have drawn on my experience as a yoga teacher (and a big notebook i’ve added to over the years!) to design over 50 easy mindfulness cards containing quotes, exercises and wisdom. This card deck is a perfect gift to yourself, or to a loved one who needs little tlc or is going through a hard time.
How to use
These cards are to be used as a launchpad for playful exploration into mindfulness. They help to bring attention to life in the present moment. The cards can be drawn in one of the following ways:
• Each week of the year - there are 52 cards, one can be drawn each week in the year
• Select one from each category - for the day or week, for a well rounded practice
• Every morning - choose one in the morning as an exercise for the day ahead
• Every evening - pull a card to unwind and reflect before bed
• Whenever you feel overwhelmed - you can draw a card whenever you need to take some time out for yourself
